Step 1:

To kick things off your first session will be 1on1 private session with one of our expert CrossFit coaches.

Step 2:

Jump into your first CrossFit class with a coach’s personal assistance guiding you through each step along the way.

We generally suggest to complete 2-3 sessions in your first week pending your individual ability.

Step 3:

Rip into your fitness journey by booking in and completing 3-4 sessions in your 2nd week of CrossFit training. 

Step 4:

Create a plan with our team to change your life for the better and join on an going membership plan to boot your goals from the 50 line!
